If you are unsatisfied with your groundwater model, please let me know and I’ll do my best to make sure any issues are resolved.
A refund will be issued after I receive the returned model. Return shipping will be at the purchasers expense. The refund will be for the purchased products and applicable taxes only, and not to include administrative fees, payment fees, or original shipping charges.

Shipping Damage
In the event of receiving a damaged or broken model please take detailed pictures and contact CDCustomworkshop@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Filing claims, if necessary, with UPS is time sensitive.
